An interesting 2 days which are concerned with energies not our own but which radiate from friends and family.  They can also come from unknown sources such as people with a similar vibration. How these energies are recognized and removed is something everyone should learn. They are the cause of much unhappiness and ill-health. Known as ‘intrusive energies’ they enter the body and mind to change a person’s personality and cause pain or emotion similar to where they originated.  Ridding the body and mind of foreign thought-forms is a necessary part of health maintenance.

Possession is also discussed and demonstrated, not necessarily by black forces, (although this is discussed and released where necessary) but passive energies from other dimensional levels such as departed love ones and how more people are affected than commonly realized. Knowing how to be free and free others of these controlling forces allows vitality and happiness to return. This important part of the course teaches how to be free of dominating personalities and so become master of life and not its slave. The importance of colour and its use in astral work is included.
